Technical Overview
The HAROGIC SGF-60 is an ultra-high performance USB vector signal generator delivering laboratory-grade spectral purity and versatile wideband arbitrary waveform playback. Engineered with a low-phase-noise synthesis architecture and up to 320 MHz playback bandwidth with 1 GB internal memory, it supports demanding RF testing for modern 5G NR, Wi-Fi 6E/7, radar chirp simulation, and automated production testing.
Ultra-Low Phase Noise (-134 dBc/Hz)
Class-leading spectral purity (-134 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset) enables exacting receiver sensitivity evaluations, adjacent channel selectivity testing, and high-performance LO substitution.
Up to 320 MHz Playback Bandwidth
Equipped with 1 GB internal memory (Option 53), the SGF-60 generates complex wideband signals, frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar chirps, and multi-carrier digital constellations without streaming bottlenecks.
Fast Frequency Hopping & Agility
Rapid settling times and hardware-timed list sweeps provide authentic electronic warfare (EW) signal environments, agile communication simulation, and ultra-fast ATE throughput.
Compact USB Architecture
Combines full benchtop RF capabilities with a compact, rugged aluminum enclosure. Directly controllable via SGStudio software or standardized C++, Python, and SCPI APIs.
